Yes to collar bones. Yes to hip bones. Yes to self-esteem. Yes to thigh gaps and crop tops and a flat stomach. Yes to cheekbones and a jaw line that can cut glass. Yes to dainty wrists and gorgeous outfits.
I know it’s hard. I know losing control is tempting. But please don’t. Please don’t do that to yourself. You’ve come so far. Binging on greasy, salty and sugary foods won’t fill the hole inside of you, only the gap between your thighs. They won’t comfort you when your collar bones are drowned by fat. They won’t make you happy when they murder every single one of your goal weights one by one.
Just say no.
It’s not worth it.
